Our volunteers carried out an enter and view visit at Cirencester Minor Injuries Unit (MIU).
Summary
As part of our ongoing partnership work to improve patient experiences across the county, our volunteers visited Cirencester MIIU to speak to staff and people who were using the service. The feedback gathered was also used in our wider project about urgent and emergency care services.
Key findings
- Our report highlighted the positive feedback received.
- We made recommendations about the physical environment and wheelchair/mobility aid user access.
Our recommendations were immediately looked in to by the provider.
