You have the power to make a difference

You might think that your feedback doesn't have the power to change how health and social care services run. We want to show you that isn't the case.

Our volunteers are at the heart of what we do. They are out in the community listening to local people and gathering their feedback on services.

We have trained representatives who are able to visit health and social care services and see them in action.

When my father who had dementia died, I decided to volunteer to campaign for better dementia care.
