Our volunteers carried out an enter and view visit at Dockham Surgery in Cinderford.
Summary
As part of our ongoing partnership work to improve patient experiences across the county, our volunteers visited Dockham Surgery in Cinderford to speak to staff and people who were using the service. The feedback gathered was also used in our wider project about access to GPs.
Key findings
- Our report made recommendations about communication with patients, the appointment booking process and access for people with mobility issues.
Some recommendations have been actioned and we were informed that some issues had been raised with NHS Gloucestershire and NHSE.
