Our volunteers carried out an enter and view visit at Severnside Medical Practice in Gloucester.
Summary
As part of our ongoing partnership work to improve patient experiences across the county, our volunteers visited Severnside Medical Practice to speak to staff and people who were using the service. The feedback gathered was also used in our wider project about access to GPs.
Key findings
- Our report made recommendations about communication with patients and car park access issues.
The insights provided were appreciated and we were informed that they were working on ways to resolve or improve many of the issues identified.
