Our volunteers carried out an enter and view visit at Cirencester Health Group.
Summary
As part of our ongoing partnership work to improve patient experiences across the county, our volunteers visited Cirencester Health Group to speak to staff and people who were using the service. The feedback gathered was also used in our wider project about access to GPs.

The provider reflected on the findings and responded to each recommendation made.
