Our volunteers carried out an enter and view visit at Bramble House, Gloucester.
Summary
As part of our ongoing partnership work to improve patient experiences across the county, our volunteers visited Bramble House in Gloucester to speak to staff and people who were using the service.
Key findings
- Our report made recommendations about the physical environment and reviewing the activities and entertainment on offer for residents.
Since the visit, a new activities coordinator has started work so they hope to address these issues.
