As part of our ongoing partnership work to improve patient experiences across the county, our volunteers visited Hyperion House to speak to staff and people who were using the service.

Key findings

• Our report recognised the ‘family feel’ of the home
• We made recommendations about addressing some visual cues for residents in the home and personalisation of resident’s rooms.

Our recommendations were immediately looked in to by the provider.
