Our complaints process

We are part of The Care Forum and are focused on providing the residents of Gloucestershire with a high quality service. This Complaints Procedure forms part of The Care Forum’s commitment to this.

We aim to provide the best possible service, but we do not always get it right.

We welcome your feedback to help us improve our work and to make sure we are responding to your concerns as best we can.

We are committed to addressing concerns quickly and giving a full, fair and appropriate response.

Our complaints policy provides more information on our approach and process to resolving complaints about our work.

The Complaints Procedure can be used by:

  • Users of the services of The Care Forum.  This could be an individual, statutory organisation, voluntary or community organisation.
  • Organisations who fund or commission The Care Forum
  • It does not apply for staff or other workers, for whom there is a separate Grievance Procedure.

The Complaints Procedure can be used to make complaints about:

  • A member of staff
  • A member of the board of trustees
  • Work undertaken by The Care Forum
  • Matters of management
  • Matters of policy
